I have been working with Chris on our LED upgrade projects since 2017. DC Bach has always provided great customer service, timely information, competitive pricing, and a seamless installation process. We chose D.C. Bach from 6 vendors bidding on a lighting upgrade for our 350,000 sq ft. print facility.  In working with Chris early in the bidding stages of the project, he was thorough, well versed with his product offerings and he is proficient in understanding/maximizing energy rebates.  When the project started, it was delivered on time, as promised and was very smooth.  The electrical installers were top notch, always abiding by our safety protocols, cleaning up at the end of each day and the installation of the lights was professional, no short cuts.

Since working with Chris on the lighting project, I have worked with him on other commercial/industrial electrical projects and just as the lighting project went, the new projects went as smoothly.  I have been working with Chris since 2016 and he is my vendor of choice when any electrical work is needed.

I would like to thank Chris and the D.C. Bach Company for the outstanding work they did, spearheading exterior lighting retrofits at six of our Washington self-storage facilities. Not only did Chris determine exactly what fixtures were needed (no simple job, as each location had a multitude of different sizes/styles to replace), he also handled 100% of the paperwork and coordination with local utility companies, ensuring we received the maximum rebate available. When possible, he arranged for efficient, quality installation of the fixtures, as well. When incorrect or faulty fixtures were delivered by a manufacturer, Chris immediately arranged for replacement and pickup of the faulty fixtures, saving my managers time and trouble. I can absolutely recommend D.C. Bach to anyone working on a lighting plan (or upgrade), and will hire them again, without hesitation, when the need arises.

I thought that before we get too far into this year I might send off a big Thank You to D.C.Bach Company. Yes, I have done quite a bit of business over the years with you guys. And I must admit all of it good. You have been with me during times of fluorescent bulbs clear into times of LEDs. And a remodel which even changed most of the LEDs to different ones. Through it all you have delivered the right bulbs for a fair price with big smiles. I feel like an old friend and a valued customer. Big greetings, welcomed smiles and a firm hand shake. Yep, try and get that from one of the big box guys, won't happen! So just a big Thank You to you guys for all you do for us.

We had another contractor come out just to be sure, while the price was comparable the customer service and professionalism paled in comparison to DC Bach.

Chris did everything he promised plus more! The team of electricians were clean and reliable. From start to finish we were pleased. Our facility looks so much better and our workers can actually see what they are doing.
